How to Make Your Own Blackhead Peel off Mask: Video Tutorial

Time needed: 20 minutes.

Do you have some blackheads that just won’t go away? A great way to remove them is to make your own blackhead peel off mask.

There are many “how to make your own peel off mask” tutorials online. But I think most of them are either too complicated with tons of ingredients or just don’t really work well. So I’m going to show you how to make your own peel off mask that actually peels off blackheads in a matter of seconds and doesn’t leave a sticky residue behind.

I have a secret for you: the blackhead peel off mask really works. I know because I tried it. I mean, it works like magic for me. I have tried an expensive $10 peel off mask on Amazon that got mostly good reviews but was a FAIL. So this time, I wanted to try something easier and cheaper that does not include harsh chemicals.

The best part about blackhead peeling mask DIY is that you can create as little or as much as you want. There’s no limit to how much of the ingredients you use. Now, recently my pores have been damaged due to heat and bacteria, and I need to make one for myself!

Blackhead peel off masks seem to be a new trend getting popular in the past few years. They make blackheads easier to remove by causing them to swell. Some women use them at home to get rid of their blackheads but you need to know how to make your own peel off mask at home and it is something that I often see faked on different e-commerce sites.

Do you have blackheads on your face? Well, do not worry. I have the perfect solution for you. Making a blackhead peel-off mask yourself is very simple and takes just a couple of minutes every day. It will work as well as starting expensive treatments.

Here is a super easy way to make your own blackhead peel off mask! It really works and I love not having to spend money on blackhead masks in the store.

  1. Egg white

Break a fresh egg and separate the yolk from the egg white. Using a fork swirl half of the yolk in a bowl of 1 beaten whole egg white. Do this until you have thin, even mixture, then apply it to the face as described below.

The benefits of egg white as a beauty substance have been known in China for thousands of years, but lately it’s become more popular in western countries because of its ability to clarify the skin and prepare it for further treatment.

There are two methods to making your peel off mask. The first is mixing a few chemicals together and the second is using an egg white. However, the egg white method is how I learned to make my own peel off masks and I happen to think it’s the better method. It gives you a thinner more fluid texture which makes it easier for it to stick to your face and soak into your pores. This results in a peel that is easy to peel from your skin without damaging it too much.

There are a lot of fun things you can do with an egg and apparently one of them is to use it as an exfoliant. This homemade scrub uses the egg white, which when applied to your skin turns into a soft foam, and gently exfoliates as it’s removed.

This will actually be your base, so you can play around with how thick or thin of a texture you want for your mask. You can add more clay and less egg white if you’d like it to be thicker, or vice versa. Just make sure you mix it completely.

Our pores are constantly clogged by dirt and impurities, so it’s important to clean them for smooth and amazing skin. Egg white contains high protein as well as B-complex vitamins, which help to prevent acne breakouts. So it will have an exfoliating and astringent effect on your skin.

  2. Mix

The second step in making your home made facial peel off mask is to mix the egg white. Whether you use your hands or a fork, mix the egg white until it’s frothy and foamy.

First peel off the top of the egg and discard it. Then break open the egg and separate the white from the yolk. Try not to get any of the yolk in with your egg white, as this will make your mask thicker and more difficult to remove later on. Next, put a teaspoon of salt into your liquid hand soap or liquid castile soap, and mix until it has dissolved completely. You can use more or less depending on how firm you want your mask to be.

This mixture contains proteins and minerals that help to remove dead skin cells and dirt from your blackheads. The egg white you need to make blackhead peel off mask should not be frozen. So it’s better to separate it every time you use one for breakfast. This way, the white will always stay fresh and clean. The yolk is good for hair and nail health as well as improving skin texture.

  3. Cut some kitchen roll

Our second step is to start cutting up some kitchen roll. You won’t need much but make sure it’s reasonably sized pieces as you won’t want them getting stuck in the pores of your skin. Using a pair of scissors, we’re going to just cut along the white lines on the kitchen roll and pop out the individual squares.

You will want to cut it into small squares and roll it up so that you create a ball. The aim is to ensure the kitchen roll is as tight as possible so the blackheads are trapped. Simply throw away the brown kitchen roll pieces once it has soaked up all the blackhead liquid.

In order to create a peel-off mask we need something that can compress the blackheads. We’re going to use kitchen roll. It’s thinner than toilet roll and is perfect for creating a mask. Cut up your kitchen roll into squares (see figure below)

This helped soak up fluid and keep the mask in place on my eyes. 4-5 pieces should be more than enough to line the inside of your mask. Once you have finished this, it’s time to continue on to step 3!

Masks are a great way of keeping your skin looking healthy and feeling soft. If you want to try something different you could always try out this neat idea which involves using kitchen roll as a peel off mask. Blackhead masks are available to buy from almost every high street beauty shop, but is it the same thing? Making your own blackhead peel off mask will save you loads of money and give you a really satisfying feeling when the mask peels off!

You know those handy-dandy kitchen rolls you receive from a take-away or restaurant? Well, hold onto them, because they are the next ingredients of your skin care mask. Kitchen roll (or paper towel) is good for peeling off blackheads on nose and chin. The ingredients in the kitchen roll allow it to be sticky, so it sticks to the areas you want to peel off your blackheads.

The reason why this works is because the paper towel is absorbent. When you squeeze out some of the water, it will be wet, but not drenched.

  4. Dip the kitchen roll in the egg white

In step 4 you will dip the kitchen roll in the egg white. First thing, don’t make your kitchen roll too wet in the egg white otherwise the paper will start falling off when you apply it to the nose section.

The kitchen roll is dipped in the egg white. The kitchen roll must be put to soak in the egg white for 4-5 minutes. The kitchen roll should be completely soaked in the egg white. When this task is done, the paper must be squeezed to get rid of excess egg white. A lot of people like myself prefer to have a thick layer of mask, thus this step explains how to make your homemade peel off blackhead mask thicker and more effective for your skin type.

The fourth step is relatively easy. You will use the kitchen towel you used in the first step again, but this time dip it in the egg white. The only thing to note here is that you must dip the kitchen towel into the egg white a few times until there is an even layer of egg white over its surface.

You should have a bowl of white and yellowish mixture. Before you put the mixture on your face, you need to dip a kitchen roll inside. This will help the peel off mask better stick to your face. Then just dab the mixture onto your face.

Stick the kitchen roll in the bowl of egg white, and then dip it in again once it has soaked up some of the egg white. Then start to rub.

Now comes the fun part. Dipping the kitchen roll into the egg white and applying it on your face. I’ll warn you that it will feel sticky at first, but don’t freak out! Just dab it on all over your face and leave for about 4-5 minutes.

I found that the best way to apply this mask without getting it all over the place was to dip a piece of kitchen roll into the egg white and then apply it to my face and wait.
